These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Extra Thursday ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Extra Thursday is an AI workspace assistant that connects to your Gmail and Google Calendar via OAuth to help you summarize, draft, and manage email and calendar workflows using text-based AI tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid name and email address.
  • We use magic links for sign-in and do not store passwords.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login email secure.

4. Use of Google Data

By connecting your Gmail and Calendar, you grant us access to your data strictly for the purpose of surfacing relevant information inside the AI workspace assistant.

  • Data is processed on-demand per session to fulfill your requests.
  • You may revoke Google access anytime via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Operational monitoring logs that support security and reliability are retained for up to 90 days before deletion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Misuse Gmail or Calendar data in violation of Google's policies.

6. Third-Party Services

Extra Thursday uses third-party services, including:

  • OAuth and authentication management: Composio
  • LLM inference providers: OpenAI, Google Gemini, Groq, Deepinfra
  • Infrastructure: Hetzner, Google Cloud

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to your data being processed by these providers solely for delivering the Service.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extra Thursday is not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.
  • Any third-party services integrated into the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
